Well not really, but we got off to a great start. After nearly two weeks of planning, our talented team of six took the initial steps towards launching Nectar. We locked ourselves at Brett’s house for an intense and highly productive weekend “hackathon” session. As a result of our efforts, we completed the design and coding for our first Nectar “Taste” — a technically complex, yet elegant site design called “Miniml”. Additionally, we programmed the back-end components which will power the purchase process, domain registration, and lifestream components. Finally, we designed several of the front-end sales & customer information pages, and launched the blog you are reading now.

If you’ve never worked virtually non-stop for 72 hours, you really don’t know what you’re missing. To get a taste of the experience, you can watch our time-lapse video which condenses the entire ordeal down to a palatable six minutes of entertainment. Enjoy.
